On September 26, 2019, at the official presentation of Project Russia -91 in creative space "Richter" located in Moscow, were announced the names of the authors of private house projects selected by an international architectural jury: Robert Konechny (KWK-Promes), Tilemachos Andrianopoulos (Tense Architecture Network), Francesc Rife (Francesc Rife Studio) and Alexander Tsimailo (Tsimailo Lyashenko & Partners). Villa Zero was awarded a diploma - The Best Project of Russia in the nomination "Private Architecture" - and published in a new issue of the magazine. Amidst an exuberant greenery, the interplay between the white crowning and the dark greyish brick walls is of excellent proportions.
