Architectural studio FAS(t) was founded in Moscow by Alexander Ryabskiy and Ksenia Kharitonova in 2013. In 2022, due to dramatic circumstances, the studio moved to Italy and is currently based in Venice.

Presently FAS(t) is working on the projects in Italy, France, United Kingdom, Germany, Turkiye and Israel.

The body of studio’s work includes private houses and villas, residential houses and public buildings, exhibition design, interior and furniture design, as well as participation in international architectural competitions.

The practice has won various professional international competitions, was honored by numerous awards and mentioned in many publications. FAS(t) was recognized as the best architectural bureau of NEXT 2017 in the framework of the 22nd International Exhibition of Architecture and Design ARCH Moscow NEXT. In 2019, the studio was awarded the title “Architect of the Year” by ELLE Decor Magazine. One of the milestones for the studio was the competition project for reconstruction of Ca’Tron, located in Venice on the Grand Canal which was recognized as the winner among 600 participants from 28 countries.

Our approach embraces both modernist ideas and a sensitivity towards traditional architectural fundamentals.
